The importance of biography in our work. We teach out of our life experience and our unique biography: we bring everything that has formed us into the classroom. Waldorf education invites us to become conscious of who stands before the students and to continuously work on our own development. In this workshop with Betty Staley and Liz Beaven, we will explore key aspects of our life's journey and their influence on our work. There will be opportunities for discussion, reflection, journaling, and gaining new insights into our own stories and their presence in our classrooms and schools.
